It is March 25th, 2011! Wow, it is already almost April. The years seem to be moving faster and faster for me. Honestly, I feel as if it was my first day of High School just last year. These four years just flew by. That is kind of scary, because that means the rest of my life will too. I dont' know if I like it that way. I'm thrilled to be going off to college and be beginning the rest of my life. I guess I'm more afraid of forgetting where I came from. My family will always be there, and I'll always visit and love them. My closest friends, right now I believe that we'll remain close forever. But there is always the possibility that we won't though. Just the thought of it makes me want to cry. I love my friends, they make me who I am. They bring out the best in me. I want it to always be that way.
Growing up, it's hard to do. That sounds cliche, but it is so true!!! I waited so long to be a Senior and now that it's here, I'm afraid for it to end. The ups and downs of life, a roller coaster. Except instead of screaming from enjoyment, I'm screaming because I'm about to fall off.

"Quiet"
I'm a pretty loud person around my friends and family. Half of the time I don't even realize how loud I am. Other times, I am ridiculously quiet. To the point that I have an entire conversation in my head, but nothing escapes my mouth. It is always at the most inoportune times too. For instance, when my dad is screaming at me for something I didn't even do. He's really giving it to me and my only reaction are the tears streaming down my face. Or when it is the perfect opportunity to ask the guy I'm talking to, to prom and I just lay in his arms staring at him, wishing I knew what to say. Or when my sister asks me what I think about her outfit, and although it is a hot mess, I just stand there and nod my head. Sometimes I really want to stand up for myself, but it's as if I don't know how. It is the Vaught curse of wanting to be peace-makers. My mom, her brothers and sisters, and her dad are all the same way. I've been doing a lot better lately though. I'm learning to make myself speak up. So far, the results have been positive. I'm gonna keep workingt at it. It's a process.
"As a Little Child"
When I was a child, well I still am one, but when I was younger, everything was so simple. Wake up, eat breakfast, and watch cartoons, school, nap, dinner, and bed. My biggest worry was coloring inside the lines or "she stole my best friend" I miss the days of just going through life and truly enjoying it. Oh what I'd do to be a kid again. I probably wouldn't change anything because EVERY trial and obstacle has brought me to where I am today. I would however live more. I'd go back and make sure to have fun EVERY SINGLE DAY! It couldn't hurt me.

Murder Mystery Climax
All of her co-workers stood circled around her, sipping on the freshly bottled coca-cola. The tension was so great, you could cut it with aa butter knife. All 18 eyes were blarring on her. They wanted an answer. She was the one with the sticky fingers. She had to prove herself, but couldn't seem to put the clues together.
Thump, thump, thump. Heart beating out of her chest. The room began to spin, a ringing in her ears. Struggling to put her glasses on because of the sivering of her hands. Then she saw it. The ulimate clue...
"The feather...thie ink...her hands...the writer...look at her hands," She hit the floor.
You could hear a pen drop through the silence.
Mr. Fitz, their boss walked over to the writer.
"Take off your gloves ma'am."
Slowly, finger by finger the writer stipped her hands of the gloves. To reveal blue ink and pieces of feathers stained to her palms.
"Aaaahhh," the entire room gasped. The employee was innocent afterall.

"Fading"
The worst thing to fade out is relationships. Whether that be romantice relationships, family relations, or friendships. They all suck. In middle school I mad some really great friends that I thought I'd keep for a lifetime. We've faded throughout highschool. we rarely talk or hang out. Kind of sucks. But I guess I've figured out who my life long friends will be...
"A Guide to Life"
It seems that people are constantly looking for a guide to life. They want to know the best way to do this and the easiest way to do that. No one lives for the moment nowadays. They miss out on the greatest life experiences because they are searching for away to get to that moment. I think I used to be the type of person always looking for an answer. Life was pretty dull too! When I started high school, I just stopped caring. I lived for me and took things as they came. Sure life is still difficult but I have so much more fun. I'm not always thinking, "Well how will this affect me tomorrow?". My guide to life is to just live.
Short Story Passage
"Hey Sadies. I just wanted to say congratulations."
"Thank you Johnny."
"You're welcome. And you're looking beautiful this evening. Well you always look beautiful it's just that..."
Merceds was wearing a white and pink flowered sundress, and her hair was in a side bun.
"Johnny...Thank you. I'll see you around?"
"Yeah, I'll see you around."
Johnathan turned around and started away.
"Ugh, I can't do this," Mercedes thought aloud. She jogged after him.
"Johnny, I hate to admit this but I've missed you. This award, Paris, college, none of it could be the same with out you."
"Oh yeah? Well who's to say you won't just push me away again?"
"If I do, you push yourself back in."
"Who's to say I want to come back in?"
"Thank you Johnny."

"Rising Action"
Two weeks! It has been two weeks to this day since I've ran into another human being. I've seen elephants, monkeys, donkeys, snakes, and lions. Every animal you could think of, but no humans. It isn't lilke I need them though. I have food, protection, clothes, and jewels. But I feel so lonely for some reason.
Yesterday was the worst I'd felt in a very long time. I was down on my knees praying that the good Lord woul dsend me somebody and then a butterfly landed on my shoulder. It was the most beautiful piece of nature I'd ever seen, and all I wanted was my daughter to be there to sharit it with.
So here I am today thinking about my daughter, waling along and here come these two men with a dog, out of nowhere. The say they're here to lead me home, and I follow because I just want to see my babygirl.

"Finally"
Graduation is almost here
Finally, it seems
after so many years
I'm making my way out of this town
Heck yes, that's right
I'm college bound!
Leaving my Daddy and my Momma
and absolutely
all the lame High School Drama
It'll be so hard to say goodbye
to all of my friends
I'm sure I'll cry
But I'm on a mission
to be really me
and find Christian
Graduation is almost here

"Into the Deep"
Sometimes I feel as if
I'm making my way into the deep
I have no buddy or night vision goggles
although it is extremely dark
When I get down so deep
It's as if I have no directions
Yet there is something important
something important to accomplish
Hopefully and eventually
I make my way back
to the places and people
that I know I love
Even though I'm there
I feel uncomfortable
out of place
not right
Maybe what's dark
will become my light
I need to branch out
out to the unknown
I'm making my way into the deep
I have no buddy or night vision goggles
although it is extremely dark
When I get down so deep
It's as if I have no directions
